We check hauler and district service alerts every day, and we load in the year's holiday schedule changes ahead of time. Neighbors on your route can also reply LATE if the truck hasn't shown up. When enough reports come in, we check on it and text everyone on that route.
Reminders, holiday alerts, and delay updates are free. Extra services like bin cleaning, junk removal, extra pickups, and pet waste cleanup are priced per job, and nothing gets scheduled until you approve the quote by text.
Binny is live in Banning Lewis Ranch. Sterling Ranch, Sterling Ridge, and Timber Ridge are next. Anyone in the Colorado Springs area can sign up, and the neighborhoods with the most signups get launched first.
